Our process is rooted in collaboration and informed by quality, integrity, and close-knit relationships with our clients and the specialized craftsmen we enlist to bring design visions to fruition. Fueled by a dedication to helping clients live their best lives in spaces that showcase memories and support futures, we partner on all aspects of the journey, from creative to strategic, to determine the dream layout, flow and design details. We love welcoming clients to our Charleston, SC studio and “home away from home” creative hub, where we pore over samples, brainstorm ideas, and make magic happen. We work in tandem every step of the way to design joyful homes that furnish a life well lived.
How It Works

Life happens in your home. This is where you entertain, gather and play. Your spaces have to be practical enough to handle all this living, but they can also be beautiful, comfortable and inviting.

What inspires you, speaks to you, energizes you? All of this is relevant as you make selections for your project. Organization is second nature to MDI. We like the business of design almost as much as the creativity of design. We will keep up with the details and let you enjoy the process.
